Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Grate zucchini and press with a paper towel to soak up moisture.
2.combine zucchini, egg,flour,salt and pepper and mix well
3. Drop tablespoon size balls into frying pan with coconut oil.
4. Brown on one side and flip and brown the other side
