Butternut Squash Frittata in Pictures
Roast 2 Cups of cubed butternut squash until soft(ab out 20 mins) then mash into bottom of skillet to form crust and bake for an additional 10mins.
add kale to butternut squash base
cover with 8 eggs
add zucchini and bake for 20 mins @400 or until top of egg is golden brown
finished product, no mess all in one pan
